During this time, Mike founded one of the largest and most respected regional property management companies in the country with operations in 8 states managing 20,000,000 square feet of commercial property.

Mike then went on to found NOBEUS Property Management in 1991. With his experience, leadership and insight he has built a team of professionals dedicated to providing personal, effective and profitable service to the clients we serve.

Patricia Hickey - Property Manager

Patricia has been involved in commercial property management in the Phoenix area for most of her career. Her experience includes construction management, managing a retail portfolio of 4 million square feet, budget and expense preparation, facilities maintenance, capital projects and tenant relations. Tricia holds an active real estate license in the state of Arizona. Her skills in planning and problem solving and a commitment to excellence make her an asset to NOBEUS clients and tenants.

Jared Blumberg - Leasing Agent

Jared Blumberg is a Leasing Agent for NOBEUS Property Management. He joined NOBEUS after spending three years in Sales and Marketing roles for CORE Realty Partners. He is focused on building excellent client and tenant relationships with primary responsibility to lease all client vacancies. Jared’s experience provides NOBEUS clients the expertise needed to ensure they locate and secure their ideal facilities.
