Mike has been involved in the management of commercial income producing real estate, leasing and receivership services for properties throughout the United States since 1970. During this time, Mike founded one of the largest and most respected regional property management companies in the country with operations in 8 states managing 20,000,000 square feet of commercial property.

Mike then went on to found NOBEUS Property Management in 1991. With his experience, leadership and insight he has built a team of professionals dedicated to providing personal, effective and profitable service to the clients we serve.

Mary Sutter - Property Manager

Mary has been involved in the Phoenix area real estate industry for over 11 years and holds a Real Estate License with the State of Arizona. She has extensive experience including the management of a retail center portfolio of over 500,000 square feet. Mary expertise includes budgeting, lease administration, tenant relations, property maintenance and vendor relationship management. Mona’s experience includes both Phoenix Commercial Real Estate and Financial Management, and she also holds a Real Estate License with the State of Arizona. She excels at administrative and management tasks including budgeting, vendor relations, financial reporting and contract preparation. Ken Lancaster - Director of Services

 

Ken oversees maintenance, repair and improvement projects for the properties NOBEUS manages. He has supervised both residential and commercial construction projects for close to 20 years. Ken works with our Engineering Department and outside subcontractors to ensure the properties under our care are maintained at the highest level possible for our clients.
